Thomas Loetzbeyer, University Weihenstephan presents: “3D food printing in catering & gastronomy”

Prof. Dr. Thomas Loetzbeyer of University of Applied Science Weihenstephan Triesdorf and Print2Taste, presents during the 3D Food Printing Conference: “3D food printing in catering and gastronomy”.

Especially in gastronomy and catering, 3D food printing may enable the creation of interesting novel food styles and sensoric highlights. Based on an innovative system of plug and play food capsules, 3D food printing systems will be presented for these fields of application, which will enable an easy creation and printing of individual shapes for a large variety of food products.
